Fibre to the Business
Faster than a standard copper connection, fibre based broadband access uses fiber optic cables to transmit information at the speed of light while also providing your business with a stable, reliable connection.
Cost Effective
One fibre connection can replace ALL of your existing infrastructure that your business uses for voice and data services, if you are on copper cable (Analogue lines, ADSL lines), depending on your requirements, fibre will almost always workout as a cost cutting exercise. Contact us and we will do a no obligation cost comparison for you.
Versatility
Fibre’s inherent scalability and reliability means it can be used to converge your business voice, video and data needs onto a single network, guaranteeing you better Quality of Service (QoS) for each application, and significant savings, without sacrificing service performance or quality.
Reliability
Fibre brings South Africa up to a global standard of reliable connectivity. This is a significant jump in quality, speed and reliability compared to what all South Africans have become accustomed to on copper cable infrastructure. Furthermore, Viva Telecoms can offer an optional wireless link as a backup connection to keep you operational in the rare case of a break in the fibre service.
Customisable and Scalable
We have a full range of packages to suit your needs whether you are a small, mid-size, or large multi-site corporate, contact us so that one of our professional sales consultants can advise you on a package that best suits your needs. Furthermore, if your business requirements change further down the line you can scale up or down to match your needs, or simply adjust to include additional services such as call recording, voice, PBX, VPN, or any cloud based services that might interest you.
CCTV
As a business owner, managing your office and staff comes with its own set of risks. By installing a security system it is possible to negate some of those risks by being able to keep a digital eye on what is happening when you are not able to be present. Here are just some of the benefits to installing CCTV cameras in and outside your office.
Deter Criminal Activity
This remains the biggest and most recognised benefit to installing CCTV systems both inside, and outside your business premises. Anyone who is planning on committing any sort of criminal activity, even if simply to abuse office equipment for their own gain, is more likely to refrain when they are being watched by a digital eyeball.
Peace of Mind
A CCTV system provides an increased sense of security and reassurance to both visitors and staff, particularly if your premises are in an area where the crime rate is high. Having a CCTV system also gives you, the business owner, the freedom to confidently carry on with your life, knowing that your property is being watched at all times.
Cost Effective
Once your CCTV system has been installed, it is a cost-effective form of security, as these systems are easy to maintain and often require very few reparations. Apart from making sure that they are kept clean, there is very little else that needs to be done to ensure smooth running.
Networking
Whether you need to connect two devices or two-hundred, we offer networking solutions for your business. These solutions range from installing networking cables for new or existing devices, through to maintaining the network infrastructure that has been put in place.
PBX Systems
Hybrid PBX
An affordable solution for the home office, small and medium sized enterprises that is packaged primarily for analogue connectivity with limited digital / IP options, a Hybrid PBX is ideal for immediate or emerging business needs. With plenty of features such as built-in voice messaging, caller-ID, toll restriction, call forwarding, and door-phone connectivity this system is your office-communication-solution-in-a-box.
IP PBX
Suited to small to large enterprises that see the value of new technology and the added benefits it can bring to their business, a fully IP system can cater for solutions of up to 500 users. It supports up to 80 concurrent calls via VoIP platform over Fibre or wireless links. It can also integrate to traditional PSTN networks in order to protect the customer’s previous investment, while taking advantage of the cost savings and full complement of features, in line with the global trend towards VoIP based solutions.
Hosted PBX / Virtual PBX
Our network has full PBX functionality which negates the need for an on-site PBX, this is ideally suited for businesses on the move due to its flexibility and rapid deployment. Sold as a service, this technology allows small and medium-sized businesses to have a sophisticated telephone system without the investment in telephone equipment. In fact, the entire telephone system is operated and maintained by ourselves on our network. A Hosted PBX lets employees work from their home, a hotel or on their cell phone while still being connected to the same office telephone system. You can transfer callers, put them on hold, set up conference calls, or have the phone answered by an automated attendant who can direct callers to different departments, as if you are working from inside your office.
A Hosted PBX solution offers the following benefits:
Local Presence -
Hosted PBX systems allow you to get local virtual numbers in cities where you are not physically located. This allows you to create a virtual presence, or open a virtual office, in another region.
Scalability -
Traditional phone systems are limited by how many users they can handle, as well as how many lines you have purchased from your local telephone provider. Virtual systems can expand and grow with your business, as and when you need them to.
Credibility -
For small businesses, a virtual system can give them instant credibility by presenting their customers with a professional sounding telephone solution. Traditional telephone systems are generally cost-prohibitive for smaller organizations.
Quick Setup -
A Hosted PBX solution can have you up and running very quickly, compared to a traditional telephone system.
